The School Day and Wrap Around Club

 

The School Day:

7.45	Wrap Around Breakfast Club
8.50	Pupil to go directly to their classroom doors.
8:50	Register taken by teachers and gates are closed.
9:00	Classroom fire doors are closed.
12:00 - 1:15	Lunchtime. Start times vary in FS, KS1 and KS2.
3:20	End of school day.
3.20 - 5.45	Wrap Around After School Club.

 

Morning Wraparound Provision with SDH
£2.00 per child - to be paid on ParentPay 
7.45am – 8.15am

8.15am - 8:50am - FREE to all children 

Both sessions include a breakfast. We have a selection of toast, bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurts.

Please sign your child in at the school office.

 

After School Wrap Around with SDH:

3:20pm - 5:45pm

After school club 1st child £5.00

After school club additional child £3.00

 

Late payment fee after 5:45pm £10 for every 5 minutes. 

 

Please provide your child with a packed lunch if attending after school club as food is not supplied. 

 

Tax-Free Childcare Payments

We are pleased to accept Tax-Free Childcare payments for our Breakfast Club and After School Club provision.

If you make a payment using Tax-Free Childcare, please ensure you provide the following details so that we can allocate the payment to your child's account promptly:

• Name of the childcare voucher/Tax-Free Childcare scheme being used
• Date the payment was made
• Amount paid
• Payment reference

Important Information About Refunds

Please note that if a refund is required for a Tax-Free Childcare payment, the school cannot refund the payment directly to parents/carers. Any refund must be returned to your Tax-Free Childcare provider or childcare voucher scheme, who will then arrange repayment to you in line with their procedures.
